Where to Find Smart Tags (Important)

Since Smart Tags are still in beta, they’re not automatically visible. You must activate them.

  1. Go to Agency View

  2. Open Labs

  3. Switch to the Sub-Account tab

  4. Enable Color-Coded Opportunity Pipelines

Once activated, head back to the sub-account → Opportunities → Pipelines. You’ll see a pencil (edit) icon. Inside that panel is the new Smart Tags section where the magic happens.

Setting Up Your First Smart Tag

Creating a tag is simple—but powerful.

  1. Click Add Smart Tag

  2. Name the tag (Example: “New Leads”)

  3. Optional: Write a description so your team understands its purpose

  4. Choose a color

  5. Select whether it applies to all pipelines or a specific one

You can then add rules that decide when the tag should appear. This is the heart of Smart Tags.

For example:

  • Created On → This Week
    Perfect for instantly identifying fresh opportunities.

Every newly created lead will display a color chip based on a single rule. You can see how the tag will appear on opportunity cards before saving.

Rules: Simple or Advanced — Your Strategy, Your Choice

The rules engine works like Smart Lists. You can:

  • Start simple (1–2 rules)

  • Go highly advanced and use nested AND/OR conditions
